Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped using a traceable and signed for service.

Express Shipping

We ship all international orders using UPS 
All ‘In Stock’ orders placed by 2 pm during the week will be shipped the same day.
All ‘Made to Order’ items will be shipped once produced within our usual production time scale of 1-14 days.

UK Saturday Delivery

All UK orders required for Saturday delivery will be shipped via Royal Mail for delivery by 1pm.

Estimated Shipping Times

UK – 1 Day
USA – 1-3 Days
Rest of Europe – 1-3 Days
Rest of World – 2-3 Days

Please note that our shipping times are estimates and do not include any delays that may be caused by customs. UPS is an external postage service and so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. The customer is wholly responsible/liable for these charges. For more information please refer to your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by The Dolls House Fashion if you choose to return your item for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee to The Dolls House Fashion.
