Returns
All items purchased as standard from the website can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund/exchange. Please note that any bespoke items purchased from the Bespoke section of our website are strictly non refundable or exchangeable. When returning orders please allow sufficient time for postage back to us to fit in with these times. All returns must be made within these time frames and garments should be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Any returns received outside of these time scales or without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Please note that The Dolls House does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer. For return instructions please email info@thedollshousefashion.com with your order number and return request and a member of our team will assist. All returns/exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all returning items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of any parcels on their way to us. We will process your request for an exchange/refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days from the receipt of your return for this to be fully processed.
