PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery costs will be charged when you place an order. Delivery costs are displayed where applicable and included in the total price you pay.

UK DELIVERY
Most of the items online are made to order in house and take up to 10 working days to be made and sent to you from the day you order. Please allow 2 weeks from your order date to receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are shipped via UPS and can take up to 5 working days for delivery after dispatch. There is a flat rate delivery fee of 30 GBP for all international deliveries per transaction. A signature is required upon delivery so we recommend having your order sent to a suitable daytime address. For more information on shipping please visit the UPS website.
All international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee to The Dolls House Fashion. If you require a refund you are fully responsible in returning your parcel to us at The Dolls House Fashion. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by The Dolls House Fashion if you choose to return your order for any reason.

RETURNS
Standard size garments can be refunded within a 14 day period of receiving the item. UK returns must be received by The Dolls House Fashion within 7 days of receiving your order. For deliveries outside of UK this is extended to 14 days.
All garments should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, perfume, deodorant or body lotion when trying on the garment.
All returns or exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all the returning items by recorded delivery/ proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any loss. We will process your request for either a refund or exchange as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to done.

TERMINATION

We ship all international orders using UPS Express.
All ‘Ready To Ship’ orders placed by 2 pm during the week will be shipped the same day.
All ‘Made to Order’ items will be shipped once produced within our usual production time scale of 1-15 working days.
UK Saturday Delivery
All UK orders required for Saturday delivery will be shipped via Royal Mail for delivery by 1pm.

All items purchased as standard from the website can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund/exchange. Please note that any bespoke items purchased from the Bespoke section of our website are strictly non refundable or exchangeable. Items purchased from our Final Sale collection are also strictly non refundable and can be returned for an exchange only. All items purchased from our Sample Sale collection are strictly non refundable or exchangeable. We accept no returns on Sample Sale items. When returning orders please allow sufficient time for postage back to us to fit in with these times. All returns must be made within these time frames and garments should be in their original condition with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Any returns received outside of these time scales or without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please take care when trying on garments; do not wear perfumes, deodorants, body lotions or makeup. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or cleaned will also not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Please note that The Dolls House does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer. For return instructions please email info@thedollshousefashion.com with your order number and return request and a member of our team will assist. All returns/exchanges must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery.
